3BHK duplex 20 by 30 House plan with east facing, parking, lougue, balcony, study room, store room and laundry
Here is an added elaboration of the blueprint 3bhk duplex plan and its house design which includes additional features on G+3 floors. The design is based on a plot which measures 20’x30’ in feet and is located towards the east.
Ground Floor:
In ground floor the parking area is allocated. The dimensions of parking lot is marked as 18'10 x 10’ ensuring access and accommodation for vehicles. The entrance is located at the north east corner of the house with a view sunny exposure. The position of the entry sets a warm welcome and inviting mood for the house in general. Next to the entrance is a modern and functional open kitchen located on the southeast side. The kitchen is designed with dimensions 6’6” by 9’8”. There is also a bathroom measuring 3’6’’ by 6’6’’ on the common side. The design allows for a living hall on the southwest side of the building. The living is fairly large measuring 13’2” by 9’6” and can be used for both relaxation and hosting. The space for stairs leading to second floor is prepared in the northwest corner of the building. The stairs ensure proper flow throughout the house and access to all floors.
First Floor:
On this level, a lounge has its dimensions of 5’ x 8’2” and is located in front of the staircase. Following the master bedroom, which is southwest of the house, measures 13’2’’ x 12’ and comes with an attached 6’ x 4’ bathroom. Adding an element of luxury, the master bedroom furthermore has a balcony measuring 6’8’’ x 4’6’’ that provides a personal outdoor retreat. The kids’ bedroom is located on the northeast side and is more spacious measuring 18’8’’ x 10’2’’. This also has an attached 4’8’’ x 6’ bathroom, which adds comfort and privacy for its users.
Second Floor:
The layout over on the second floor opens to the lounge with a size of 5' x 8'1", placed in front of the stairs. Right below the lounge, there is a bedroom southwest side with axes of 13’2” x 12’ living space and a 6’ x 4’ bathroom. There is also an exclusive balcony of size 6’8’’ x 4’6’’ widening how pleasant the bedroom and its surrounding air space can feel. The study room located at the northeast corner also measures 12’2’’ x 10’2’’. This makes for an ideal workspace or learning area. with the addition of the balcony southeast measuring 6’ x 10’8’’ adds style and space.
Third Floor:
The third floor integrates both functional and recreational areas. Headroom of 6 ‘x 5’ gives access to the other facilities on this floor. A laundry and storeroom in the southwest measures 6’8”x8’8” which assists the practicality surrounding daily chores and storage space. The jewel feature of the floor is the large open terrace measuring 18’8”x 20’6”. The terrace has many uses including outdoor activities, undisturbed relaxation, social gatherings, and many others which makes the terrace a great enjoyment spot.
