This duplex design is planned with a 20 * 30 house plan 2bhk 3d west-facing plot and has G+3 floors to fully maximize available space.
Ground Floor Section:
This entire floor is set aside for parking and functional spaces. Parking space is quite sizable, measuring at 18’8” x15”. The staircase is located in the left side of the building and goes up to the upper floors. The parking area has also been constructed within a room.
