West facing 2BHK rental house plan is thoughtfully designed on 15 x 60 ft (4.5 x 18.28 mtr) with G+3 floors. The well planned structure integrates together utility and comfort making it an ideal choice for modern living.
Ground floor
The ground floor includes spacious parking occupies 13 feet by 10 inches with more than enough space for vehicles. A small room measures 7 feet 8 inches by 8 feet 2 inches in the southeast corner with attached bathroom size of 7 feet 8 inches by 3 feet 8 inches. Staircase is in the southeast corner which moves to the north that lead vertical movement to the upper floors.
First floor
Starting with floor, we will see balcony measures 5 feet 6 inches by 6 feet 4 inches beside stairs. A main door is placed at the northeast corner faces east side that give warm welcoming to family and friends. A modular open kitchen with dining hall occupies 7 feet 8 inches by 12 feet is provided in the southeast corner. The living hall is the heart of the home which is centrally located in the south measuring 12 feet 2 inches by 12 feet which is great area for family interaction and create bonding with each other. Master bedroom measuring 12 feet 2 inches by 8 feet is located in the southwest corner offers ample living space and privacy with attached balcony size of 12 feet 2 inches by 3 feet 6 inches in the west facing providing retreat outdoor or relaxation. Kids bedroom is located towards southwest, measures 9 feet by 7 feet 10 inches which is perfectly designed for children’s convenience. There is a common bathroom measures 7 feet 10 inches by 4 feet 8 inches which is conveniently located to access for both rooms.
Second floor
The Second floor is the mirror of the first floor which resembles similar design and structure that maintain uniformity easy to navigate this floor. In future we built same design on other floor if needs requirements.
Terrace floor
A spacious open terrace measuring 12 feet 2 inches by 59 feet 8 inches which is great spot of multiple outdoor activities, leisure or gardening.
