3 bedroom duplex modern house design south facing plan with car parking
This is a south facing 3BHK duplex house plan of a15 x 60 ft (4.5 x 18.28 mtr) structured with G+3 floors.
Ground floor
The ground floor serves as the car parking area of the house, measuring 15 feet by 13 feet 10 inches. The main entrance of the door is in the southwest corner facing south. As you enter, there is an open kitchen located in the southeast corner of the house, measuring 7 feet 8 inches by 12 feet, along with a dining hall measuring 8 feet 2 inches by 6 feet. A compact area for the family to eat together. There is a common bathroom measuring 7 feet 8 inches by 5 feet which is conventionally located for easy accessibility.

There is a northeast study room which has dimensions of 10 feet 8 inches by 8 feet and it includes an attached bathroom of easier access measuring 8 feet by 4 feet. There is a portion of the family hall measuring 12 feet by 12 feet 2 inches which serves as a cozy area for family reunions. In the southwest corner where the spacious master bedroom is located measuring 12 feet 2 inches by 15 feet 6 inches.
