This 15 x 50 ft (4.5 x 15.24 m) duplex house plan east facing of the Residential building is designed with Ground + 3 Floor structure. This plan allows comfortable living in all the levels with an efficient layout. The ground floor consist of allocated parking space and a small garden, as well as living area with an open kitchen, master bedroom and a common bathroom.
