This 15 x 35 east-facing 4bhk duplex design with G+3 floor design offers more comfort, privacy, and space on all levels, maintaining fresh air and ventilation facilities throughout the home.

Ground floor

The ground floor covers a parking area 13'10" x 14'1", suits for both bike and car parking. Then main door placed northeast direction, faced East direction, there is open sky view at middle of stairs, duplex stairs is placed in south direction which moves in to th north, bedroom size of 12'2" x 10' in southwest direction whicch can be used as gurst room with attached bathroom 4' x 6'1" in northwest direction.

First floor

Moving to the first floor, a welcoming living hall which measures 8'3"x 12'2" in the south direction. This is the space for relaxation and family interaction has been designed. This will navigate both side as an open kitchen sized of 6' x 8'7" in the southeast direction and a pooja room sized of 3' x 3'1" in the northeast direction which serves spiritual practice.
