This 15 x 30 North facing Duplex house plan features with G+2 across all three floors.
We have planned the 15 x 30 duplex house design to achieve a mininmum of 450 sqft per floor layout, This provides bright interiors, comfort, proper ventilation abd outdoor space.
Ground floor
In this ground floor which parking area covers 13’10”x 3’ is for passage entrance. The main door placed at northwest direction faces north side which give smooth entry to the living room, a spacious living room size of 12’2”x 19’7” in west direction which offers central gathering family activities and gets some relaxation.
Staircase are located at northeast where they go to West to facilitate direct access to the upper floors. An open kitchen size of 6’7”x 8’8” is located at the southeast corner which serve east access. Pooja room size of 3’ x 3’7” is in the southwest direction that have calm space for spiritual activities.
First floor
After moving to next floor, A very compact 1’6” wide utility space ensures that the household chores without take taking too much spaces.
There is two elegant bedrooms are provided. One bedroom size of 12’2” x 6’7” in the southwest direction to ensure peace and privacy.
The common bathroom size of 5’6”x 5’ in the southwest direction that is easy convenient access for both bedrooms.
Another bedroom size of 5’6” x 11’ in northwest direction, which can be used as kids bedroom.
Balcony size of 12’2”x 3’4” in north direction which is an ideal location for gathering, while giving place to relax.
Second floor
After moving to second floor, there is a bedroom size of 12’2”x 6’7” in southwest direction with attached bathroom size of 5’ x 5’6” can be used for guest or resident.
A open terrace size of 12’2”x 14’8” in north direction creating ideal space for sitting, resting, gardening and social interaction.
This design is not only from the ample light but also from plenty of natural light and airflow.
Proper windows placed feature light flow across all the levels of the house.
